Defining new automation software with a tool called WIPS

What is WIPS? It's similar to GPS but instead of Global Positioning System. This is Wifi Postioning System. This can be used to develop home automation software profiles and this is done by loading three or more wifi networks into a array and measuring signal strength. After that the program can look at it and determine where the computer is located in the house. For Example:


If network one two and three variables are = to this set of numbers (DBI) recorded at the kitchen table. Then it is assumed the computer is located at the table.


This can enable the computer to act different in different parts of the house. At the kitchen table it can start to prepare cooking books for you to read and open the timer app.
